You’re invited to come and learn from a variety of wedding industry professionals that operate all over the US, and the world. During this seminar we will be speaking with planners on what they are doing to generate quality leads and business during this chaotic year. I will also be speaking about how I booked up over 75% of my year in 2 months time, and how more than 75% of my bookings are in my target market.

  • 1 Hour of long form discussion with planners from all over the US market
  • 1 hour of bonus Q&A with top wedding vendors
  • Nuanced discussion centered on specific markets and tactics used within those markets to generate business.

All of this happening on April 17th! We will be starting at 8am PST and finishing up around 1pm PST. A half day of mind blowing discussions, with the goal of leaving you with all of the information and tools necessary to boost your business.

** For those of you with busy schedules, access to a recording of the workshop will be made available for all of those who book a seat.

You're Invited

After running our Live Zoom Seminar about the “2024 Wedding Market and How to Navigate this Year's Chaos”, with almost 200 attendees that joined us with less than 48 hours notice, I received so many compliments on the information we shared with everyone. Some even going so far as to say that “in the 14+ years of them doing business in the wedding industry, they learned so much from our discussion." With those positive comments I also received a ton of requests to do another seminar, and soon, so that they could start implementing changes to their business/marketing to help get through this year.

I absolutely love education. I love learning from others, in the hopes to avoid spending unknown amounts of time having to learn first hand through countless rounds of trial and error. Education and information from reputable sources can be so valuable in that it can give you the shortcuts to a more successful outcome, from the perspective of someone who went through “it” and came out the other end a better, more successful brand. Give me those shortcuts all day, every day!

THE WEDDING INSIDERS ITINERARY

Topics of discussion will be centered around:

  • Differences between standards and expectations of photographers charging sub-10k, 10-18k, 19-28k, 29-39k, 40k+
  • What is a possible negative that planners feel could occur by working with a new vendor
  • What are things that photographers have done, in any capacity, that have accelerated the value of their brand in both the planner's eyes and the eyes of the client
  • Are planners finding that photographers are more consistently overvaluing their services/product, or undervaluing
  • What about photographer's service/product make planners think that the photographers were over or under their actual value, in comparison to their competitors
  • What are some examples of services provided that fell below planner's expectations
  • What catches the eye of a planner when sourcing new vendors (brand, visual aesthetic, personality, captions, etc...)?
  • What are some nuances to the type of clients in the Los Angeles, Napa, and Charleston  markets when comparing the markets against each other.
  • What is expected of vendors from planners in each market
  • Are there certain protocols that are standard (i.e. frequency of communication, pre-wedding gifting, post-wedding gifting, day-of interaction) with vendors in specific markets
